A netbook is like a small laptop. The netbook was created so you can carry it around more easily like to school to take notes. You can do mostly any thing you can on a laptop. Yes, you can use the internet and use MSN. It cannot however, play games as well though because it is so small it does not have good graphic drivers.

What do you think? Answer below!

A netbook is a small form factor laptop. Marketed as a budget Laptop, many people install Linux or crippled versions of Windows (called Starter) on the machine. They have no optical (CD, DVD) drives, and are very portable.

Yes you can connect to the internet using the netbook. With the right upgrades, (RAM, monitor), a netbook can be just as usefull as a larger PC (I’m using a Dell netbook to write this)

Best of all, netbooks are VERY cheap. I bought two at $ 150 each, and they run fantastic.

    Hope this helps
